		<description>I absolutely &lt;i&gt;loved&lt;/i&gt; teaching.  &lt;i&gt;Loved&lt;/i&gt; it!  It felt really good to share knowledge of my expertise with others and help them improve their own abilities in that area, especially when they didn&#039;t think they had those abilities.  Grading papers, though?  I didn&#039;t like that so much.  :-)</description>

		<description>Glad you got so much out of it man.  Most corporate trainers are automatons, they just regurgitate info.  But a good trainer/teacher can elevate the most basic material into something you can use.

Some other quick points.
- It&#039;s criminal how poorly we treat/pay teachers
- Personal introversion does not preclude an extroverted public persona
- I think the basic ability to be a leader (as opposed to simply a manager) is something one is born with.  It may grow slowly on it&#039;s own, require coaxing and training, or emerge full blown in response to a crisis event.
