Good luck with your surgery — is this the same operation on your other ear?

The Today Show led with the Bush/shoe story and must have replayed it 10 times during the segment (even interviewing a reporter that was near the shoe), and the whole time, I couldn’t help but laugh at Bush’ expression when it happened. Twice.
