I read your post this morning, but waited until I could come back and follow the links (and do a little research) to post a reply. So sorry if I am late Meesha!

Anyway, this was an interesting post and is a thought provoking topic. I think I may bring it up at my next informal team meeting at work. No that I suspect it will immediately improve morale. But if it helps some of my team get along better with our current situation it’s a good thing.
