Capitalizing when it isn't grammatically necessary can be great for emphasis, but only when used sparingly. It's a more subtle version of caps-lock. As for content, I'd like to see a running tally of times you've hit somebody harder than you meant to while practicing Taekwando (which I'm hesitant to capitalize given my previous point). That kind of thing is hilarious, IMHO. If I were still practicing Kenpo I'd have a running tally of times I'd hit somebody in the crotch.
