Drink tons of water, and that is about it… I guess I do take vitamins.

Ooh, I haven’t had meatloaf in a long time! That sounds great.
Now my husband COULD have the Lasik, but chooses not to, he’s heard stories of it going wrong and figures it’s not worth it if you have to repeat the whole thing in 10 years time anyway.
I love meatloaf, too. Anyone have any good recipes???
