I live in KC, Mo and only know of Cho-GA on 105th and Metcalf as well as Royal CHinese on Shawnee Mission Parkway, which is currently closed for three weeks due to remodeling. Strangely, though, my favorite dish in Hawaii is something that I haven't found around here, called Meat Jun. It's egg that is basically friend "around" a thin slice of meat.
