New beginings

“The secret to a rich life is to have more beginnings than endings. ”
-Dave Weinbaum

I was looking for a quote that could sum up how I feel and this one was pretty comprehensive. I want to start fresh, I want to move forward, I want to live happier than I have ever lived before.

The election is still undecided, but I do hope it marks a new beginning. Things in our country need to start changing and getting better. I want to see progress and forward thinking and we can all do that regardless of who is holding office. I think if we turn to positive thinking, faith and hope we can accomplish anything.

Do you feel lately like you are ready for a new beginning?

  1. here in England we hoped you would have a new beginning so we could too, hasnt worked has it? Bah! 2 B’s still in power bent on who knows what now, wont do any of us any good

  2. I too feel the need for a new beginning – start a refresh and renewed…First I am crowling into bed when I get home from NJ tonight and mourning the sad state of the election results. What saddens me most is that it was not just the politics of the electorial votes that had things turn out the way they did – but it is the popular vote. HOW can more Americans than not think BUSH is the better choice after the last 4 years? OK I will go cry on my own blog now.

    To new personal beginnings……screw Ohio.

  3. Ahhh, I commented at your lyrictranslation of Juanes, and now I see your from Midland!!! Serious? I have family there! And a friend who lives in Posen, close to there I think.

I don’t believe in coincedences anymore..

    Have a good day!

  4. I too agree that we must start fresh and shoot for new beginnings. Of course it would be much easier if Kerry was elected, but of course the [rude insults] Republicans didn’t let that happen. lol I’m ready for a new beginning. Must go vent in my Blog now and let off steam though… haha

  5. Siempre existe esa necesidad

  6. everyday and everyday i fail……

  7. I was ready for a new beginning..it’s a shame that 51 % of the country wasn’t. ~sigh~
