1. We decide what we're going to be seeing that evening, determine the time that will work for us and then my husband insists on getting there 45 minutes EARLY so that he can get the best seat in the house. It's crazy!!!

2. Food -
 a. Popcorn with butter and salt.
 b. Diet Coke or Pepsi, whatever is available - extra large.
 c. No candy, husband is diabetic, although I would LOVE some Snowcaps..yum.
 d. NO NO NO hot dogs that have been rolling up and down for four hours!

3. Quiet theater. Although I do talk to the movie screen, Just can't help myself. We recently went to see "Ladder 49" and I kept saying "OH NO..don't go in there. OMIGOD they're not going in there, are they?"

Bonus question - Memorable movie experience. I can't possibly think of just one. I can, however, come up with my worst movie experience ever...and that was "The Gangs of New York". At least a dozen people got up and walked out and I certainly SHOULD have done that. It was bizarre, violent, crazy and totally messed up story. As I walked out I turned to my husband and said, "Scorsese is on heavy drugs! That's the most messed up stupid movie I've ever seen!"

1) Do you go to the movies alone or with friends/family? Do you know exactly what movie you’re going to see before you get there, or do you stand for 30 minutes outside the box office trying to decide between Pauly Shore and Meryl Streep?

I usually know what I'm going to see. I usually go alone. No one will go with me.

2) When you go to the movies, do you usually buy:
a) Popcorn? What do you put on it? When I do buy it, butter and salt... extra of both
b) Cokes? What’s your favorite? Usually sneak in my own soda.... Mr Pibb.
c) Candy? What gets stuck most in your teeth? I always buy snowcaps or buncha crunch.
d) Other (hot dog, nachos, sushi)? I have occasionally bought nachos... only to eat about 6 chips and get full....

3) Do you like it load and raucous in the theatre, or do you immediately stuff crying babies in the nearest waste can? Do you talk back to the screen and interact with the movie, or do you sink way down in your seat and just experience it?

I bring knuckles to the movie theater.... You know that part between the movie and the preview?? Where it gets really quiet?? I stop chewing... I occasionally hold my breath as well.... I don't like to hear anyone else around me and I'm pretty short tempered with chatty teens and people who like to interact with the movie.

BONUS) What’s your favorite, most memorable movie-going experience? What experience almost (or maybe did) make you vow never to darken the door of a cineplex again?

My favorite is when a group of teens were talking, loudly-- So I got up from my seat and sat down next to them... When they finally all noticed me sitting there, I told them to shut the **** up or I'd take them all outside and eat my popcorn from the bottom of their ****ing skulls. They all became very quiet for the rest of the movie.
