“How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these.”
- George Washington Carver

Everyone at one point or another has heard the phrase, “put yourself on someone else’s shoes.” I think that goes beyond that just point of view, but really trying to look at situations in the sense of what has made that person get to that point. I like it more when it is said, “Before you criticize people, you should walk a mile in their shoes.” Beyond that I think that the quote from this post is a lot more touching, sometimes we forget that we were young, or weak, or strong, or that some day we will all be old if we are blessed by living a long life.

Don’t ever forget to spend time with your children, remember how hard it was when your parents were not around. Be kind to your grandparents, someday you will be in that position and you then will understand. This quote really touched me and I hope it touches you too.

I like that quote “Before you criticize people, you should walk a mile in their shoes”. It makes alot of sense. After all we are all human and we shouldn’t judge each other….
