This quote craked me up, but it has a lot of truth attached to it. I am all into releasing anger, I miss taekwondo very much, need to get back into it.

What a great quote. One of my favorite quotes is from “Will & Grace” by Karen who says, “Honey, are you jumping up and down or am I under medicated?” LOL
